That was an interesting clip. I had never heard that he might have had Parkinsons' disease. It must have drove him crazy, the insulting imperfections of his own body. Amazing that in the end it was his own body and mind that did him in, not the people who tried so hard to bring him to justice or death or both!
ReplyDeleteI thought that it was amazing how men like the ones in this video described meeting Hitler and what he looked like. It was interesting to hear how the others described Hitler as he was getting sicker. Also, this was only the second time I was actually heard Hitler speak clearly.

I would have never thought that Hitler would talk to his soldiers one by one becuase you don't see Obama going around and talking to each and every soldier saying how brave they are. What Hiter is doing is an example of him using word to control his people and influence then to fight for Germany.
ReplyDeleteI was was very surprised about how many assassanation attemps were attempted on Hitler. I thought Hitler was well loved by his people and that was how he was brought to power because of the people. I also think that it is ironic that Hitler had Parkinsons disease. He worked so hard to make Germany a perfect race and make sure that his people did not have diseases like that. But then he got it as the leader of Germany and it was almost hypocritical of him to have a defect and he was trying to make Germany perfect and with no defects.
